Out of the seven Roslolian Commanders, Barbas is the
most violent and blood-loving. He is known to be a cold and ruthless man, who
nearly beat his boss to death before Lans Tartare intervened. During Bacrum's
attack on Rime, he directly disobeys orders and picks a fight with the Holy
Knight Lans while his partner Martym attacked the White Knight, Guildus. Once
Branta dies and the Bacrum Army is defeated, Barbas and some other Knights flee
to the Eden, which is actually the tombstone of the late King Dolgare. Having
stolen the Zenobian's treasure, the sword Brunhild, Barbas opens up an ancient
seal underground to the Dark World...
