Oz and his sister Ozma are members of the Gracious family, a rich, powerful,
and influential family in Lodis. Oz attended the top military academy in
Lodis, and graduated at the top of his class. He and his sister are well
trusted Commanders of the Roslolians, and are given the task of eliminating the
Valeria Liberation Front, which they do very well.
