Graduating from one of the best military academies in Walsta, Voltel was
assigned the important task of protecting Father Presance, one of the
highest-order priests in Walsta. He would go along with Presance on all of
his missions, and became well known and trusted among all the churches in the
land. Voltel was one of the two assistants accompanying Presance on his
mission the fateful day when the orphanage was burned down. Like Presance,
Voltel also lost everything in the fire, and as a result he joined the
Liberation Army as well.
