Another one of the high-ranking magicians in the Walsta Liberation Army,
Beilev found himself on Duke Ronway's advisory board soon after Ronway
reclaimed his role as leader of Walsta. Beilev is known for his sense of
humor, and his ability to stay optimistic in even the worst situations. After
Ronway was overthrown in Chapter 2 of the Law game, Beilev joins Apsala,
Payton, and Vice during the diversion in Swanzi Forest. He manages to escape
from the battlefront before the remaining Walstanians are taken captive by
Zaebos. After Denim liberates Amorika from Zaebos, Beilev returns and joins
Denim's troops along with Mildain, Guildus, Vice, Payton, and Apsala.
