Felicia

Felicia is actually a long-time friend of Presance, the Walstanian Priest
responsible for overseeing Walsta's orphanages. She assists him in his
day-to-day tasks, and she has grown to love the children that she takes
care of.
For the most part, Denim will probably not meet Felicia, as she will take
care of the children while Presance is away fighting in the Liberation Army.
If Presance dies in the first battle at Krizar however, then she will appear
alongside Sara and Voltel to assist Denim in his endeavors.
